Kinetics complex net-shape design combines 2 former MIM components and a wire formed part into a single MIM component,
resulting in a cost savings of 27%. The keyless blade clamp secures the cutting blade to the power head.
The part is formed with a multi-cavity injection mold with slides, 3 cores, and 15 seal-off surfaces per cavity.
