Metal Injection Molding has been Kinetics' specialty since 1982. We occupy a 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing technology. Our manufacturing capacity and proven capabilities assure that every job meets your requirements. Whether you need millions of parts or thousands, we'll provide the experience, technology, quality control and personal service that you expect.
Kinetics' MIM process begins with high quality feedstock. All ingredients are specified and controlled, and all feedstock is tested against documented specifications prior to release to production. Kinetics does not compromise part quality by adjusting downstream processes for feedstock variations. If a feedstock lot does not meet specifications, it is not released.
Mold maintenance is a priority at Kinetics. Molds are inspected during and after each production run to identify any necessary maintenance requirements to be completed prior to the next scheduled run.

Kinetics' operates modern closed-loop microprocessor controlled molding machines with robotic part extraction to maintain precise molding parameters and uniform cycle times. Adherence to documented process conditions and employee training are evident in the parts we produce. We mold tens of thousands, to tens of millions of parts per year for our customers.

Furnace programs are developed for each material chemistry we process. Strict adherence to feedstock and molding specifications eliminate the need for on-the-fly furnace program changes. Each month, Kinetics conducts a 12 month capacity analysis to ensure capacity is in place ahead of demand. Preventative maintenance and lock-out tag-out systems ensure that disruptions to your production do not occur.
Secondary operations such as tapping, reaming, sizing, and 100% testing are performed at Kinetics. Full process automation is applied to high volume parts. All processes are thoroughly documented.
Dimensional inspections and metallurgical examinations are performed and reported in accordance to your specifications. We use a wide range of inspection equipment from hand-held gauges and application-specific functional gauging to contact and non-contact measuring equipment, including vision/optical gauging systems.
