Since 2007 we have sourced technical components for European industry — with production partners in Europe and Asia, some of whom we have worked with for almost 20 years. MIM Experts bundles this in-depth expertise into its own market presence: one supplier, two qualified production routes, one documented decision matrix.
Customers know us as DEDESO — an experienced contract manufacturer of technical components in metal and plastic. MIM Experts focuses this expertise on the most demanding process in the portfolio.
Since 2007, DEDESO has served a broad range of manufacturing processes: MIM, investment casting, die casting, tooling and plastic components. Customers value the breadth — but precisely this breadth can appear unfocused to a specialized buyer who needs MIM parts exclusively.

We are not a trader. We design, cost and document in-house. Our network plants are production partners, not a supplier pool — each one has been audited and qualified by us and is managed by us.
Not every customer has the same needs. Some are under CBAM pressure and ESG reporting obligations, others have clear cost target corridors or deliberately build on long-established supply chains. We cover both paths — openly, transparently, with identical quality standards. And we advise honestly on which route fits you.
For customers with CBAM exposure, strict ESG reporting obligations or near-shoring mandate. Short transport routes, verifiable working conditions, low transport CO₂ footprint, EU law as contract basis.
Production at established Asian partner plants we have collaborated with for up to 20 years. For customers with a clear cost corridor and no hard CBAM exposure — with the same DEDESO quality assurance, EU warehousing, incoming inspection and full documentation.
Five plants in Europe (EU / EFTA), two plants in Asia with long-term business relationships. Each location is audited every 24 months by our quality management. New plants are only added after passing plant and process audits — not based on commercial availability.
A two-route model only works if responsibility for supply chain, working conditions and environmental impact is visibly documented — for both routes, to the same standard. We submit to external assessments, maintain a binding code of conduct and meet the requirements of LkSG, CSRD and CBAM.
DEDESO GmbH actively participates in the EcoVadis assessment. The evaluation covers four dimensions: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
All production partners — in the EU and Asia — sign our code of conduct. It governs working conditions, employee relations, environmental requirements and business ethics in line with internationally recognized standards (ILO core labor standards, UN Global Compact).
Risk analysis, prevention measures, grievance mechanism. We meet the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act — and help our customers provide their own documentation for Tier-2 suppliers.
For every delivered part we issue a specific CO₂ value on request — plant-specific electricity mix, feedstock, process depth, transport. Directly transferable to your ESG reporting or CBAM calculation.
For the Global route we deliver the emission values required by the CBAM register on a quarterly basis. You do not need to calculate values yourself — we provide documentation ready for direct submission.
